About View From the Hill

View From the Hill Productions began in July 2007. Born out of the heads of longtime friends, Erick Fix and Alexander Tucker. Erick and Alex created View From the Hill as a means of developing their ideas in film and expressing their talents.

Erick Fix - Director/Write/DP/Editor

Erick has had a video camera in his hand for the better part of his life. He is a talented young film student who has been working with film and video since early in high school. He has done scores of videos for his church, school, and youth group as well as doing freelance wedding videography for several years. He has an eye for photography, unlimited creativity, and a drive for success.

Alexander Tucker - Producer/1st AD

Alex graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008. He has always had a natural talent for networking. Back from a year abroad, he is ready to fulfill his long-time dream of producing which utilizes his talents in networking and business administration while working closely with his friend.

Recently relocated to NYC, View From the Hill is looking to expand its reach in film and video production.
